Hi! I’m Lauren! I’m a food blog writer, culinary school grad, and the creator behind LaurenConSazon.com and everydaybowls.com. I’m originally from Colorado but now call Ecuador home, where I write, test recipes, and help food bloggers bring their content to life.
With three years of experience writing for food blogs and two years managing my own, I understand how demanding (and rewarding!) this work can be. I’ve been in your shoes, juggling SEO, recipe development, social media, and trying to find time to actually cook.
